Did you Know…The First Panoramic

Did you know…

that one of the first recorded patents for a panoramic camera was submitted by Joseph Puchberger, a chemist, in Austria. In 1843 his submission was for a hand-cranked, 150° field of view, 8-inch focal length camera. His assistant Wenzel Prokesh was also named on the patient.
