Photo Quickie: sNOw Fools

did you know that the bright white of snow will fool your cameras meter every time you shoot. To avoid underexposing your images, take a reading from your subject, a gray card, or something else of equal tonal value. Meaning, If you adjust your setting to the light reflecting off of the snow, your image will be dark.
