I just want to give a shoot out to all of the people who purchased a variety of my home decor items this past week from my Society 6 shops PIPA Design and Simply Solids. So far, this is the best week for my design work 😍 yet. Loving the results, and I’m super glad that I’m getting good feedback from the customers too.
I was honestly scared that the shift in my creative work (from photography to graphic design) since my car accident wouldn’t work out for me but I’m seeing some positive results from it and truly thankful for everything. Thank you…thank you …thank you!
We have been working our fingers to the bone since the announcements of the 8 leading paint and color excepts Colors of the Year for 2019, so that you don’t have to waste time trying to find parable home decor to match all of the stunning colors for this year. Today, we released not just 1 new design but 5 new designs inspired by the warming beauty the beauty of nature and of Sherwin William Paint’s Cavern Clay SW 7701, a fabulous terracotta clay color that is making waves this year in the design industry.
Me being a nature lover, I’m completely drawn into this rich earth tone…I simply love working with this color. Every new design I’ve made for the past several months always starts off with this warm desert color.
Thin Pinstripe Angled Wavy Abstract Lines
A soft hand drawn abstract line pattern of wavy pinstripes at a 45 degree angle through the entire illustration. This design was inspired by the soft ripples of movements that water makes as the wind blows across the surface.
Grid Tessellation Stripe Lines Weave Pattern
Who doesn’t like a little symmetry in life? This vertically and horizontally striped weave pattern was created to give life a little balance and harmony in such a chaotic world.
Uniform Large Polka Dot Pattern 1
Polka dots aren’t just for kids. Polka dots can be stylish and sophisticated and still be a fun patterns. This is a uniformed polka dot design displays 3 harmonizing colors for balance while still giving a little slice of fun.
Wavy Vertical Rippled Stripes
Some times we need some waves in our life to keep things interesting. This thick wavy vertical line pattern will do just that.
Vertical Stripes and Diamond Grid Pattern
Yeah back to the symmetrical patterns…I can’t help it I love symmetry. This is a 2D design with uniform vertical stripes in two different colors with an overlay of a diamond shaped grid pattern with matching colors.

A wall of east-facing windows is what immediately drew Andrew Holden and Perry Lowe to their downtown Brooklyn, New York, loft. The home’s large, open layout had tons of potential, despite needing some cosmetic improvements.
