Nature Taking Over is a nature photograph that was created in Alapocas Park located in Wilmington, Delaware. The park was once the site of Joseph Bancroft Mill, Kentmere in the early 19th century. Later it changed hands and was named Wilmington Finishing. Today only the steel girders of the old building remain and the wild growth of mother nature slowly covering up the remains. This photo was added to the Weekly Photo Challenge: Against the Odds
Star Trails is a night time landscape photograph that was created out of 7 images layered together. The image is of a single park bench at the end of Battery Park that overlooks the Delaware River.
